Are all the menu covers appearing on your site in stock?
No. Since we offer such a wide selection of menu covers in various sizes, materials and colors, stocking every possible combination would be a daunting task. To provide you with the best selections, we do try our best to keep in stock our most popular products. For your convenience, we have posted a <Stock Products> page to assist you, just in case you're in a hurry and need a product that meets your immediate need.
Can I get custom size menu cover made?
Yes. Most of our menu covers are available in custom sizes. If you have a need for a custom size menu cover, just call us, fax us, or email us with your questions and specifications so that we can fill you in on the particular details you need to make your purchasing decision.
Can logos be put on my menu covers?
What is the minimum quantitiy required to order menu covers?

24 units is our minimum requiement for ordering menu covers.
Are credit cards accepted?
Yes. We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex and Discover.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship all our orders via UPS Ground Service unless you select another UPS method during the check out process.
How do I determine my shipping charges?
How long does UPS Ground Service take to get to me?
Just select the products you are interested in, enter your Zip Code, then click on the "Choose a Shipping option" to see shipping charges for various UPS Shipping Services.
Please Note: If you are ordering custom, non-stock, or made to order products, you order will be shipped via the method you have selected only after the necessary production time has been used to produce your order.
Clarification: If you select overnight delivery on a custom menu cover, it will not be shipped overnight, but will ship overnight after the alloted production time necessary to produce your order.
UPS Ground Shipments to addresses in the 48 contiguous states with zip codes that start with the following numbers:
( 0, 1 or 2 ) . . . will take 2-3 days travel time from ship date
( 3 or 4 ) . . . . . will take 3-4 days travel time from ship date
( 5, 6 or 7 ) . . . will take 4-5 days travel time from ship date
( 8 or 9 ) . . . . . will take 5-6 days travel time from ship date
Do you ship COD?
No, but we gladly accpet VISA, MasterCard, Amex Discover and payment in full by Company Checks, Money Orders and Certified Bank Checks.

Can I fax my logo artwork?
No. Facsimiles produce very poor results because of the low resolution at which they are transmitted. To produce the highest quality reproduction of your logo, read our guidelines on How To Send Artwork.
